Repossi offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is in its original condition with all security tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Repossi presentation box and secure it inside the shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the exterior.

  Schedule a Collection

  Contact our designated courier service to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience, or drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
